VuLead is built and run by BizPinPro, and it changes as spam does. This page is the record: what was added or fixed, when, and what it means for the business whose form sends through it. Every BizPinPro site gets each of these at the same time. There is nothing to install and nothing to turn on.
The entries say what a layer does, not how to get past it. For the system that shows these messages on your traffic report, see What's New at Upveyor.

The mail relay that every BizPinPro contact form has sent through since July is now called VuLead, short for viewing the leads without everything else in the way. It has its own site, this page records every change from here on, and nothing about how your form works has changed.
A sender who was just blocked on one site resubmitted seconds later with the fields that identified them left blank, and the message got through. VuLead now remembers the connection a blocked message came from for a day, so the second try is caught even when the name, email and message give it nothing to match on. Your own site is never affected by this rule.
One persistent sender had rotated through several addresses at the same company. The domain itself is now on the block list, so any address at that company is stopped on every site. Everything that sender sent since August was already held as spam, hidden from the client portal, and none of it was delivered.
A form used to report success whether the message reached your inbox or was quietly dropped as spam, and a submission the form rejected left no record at all. VuLead now says exactly when a message was sent, so Upveyor's Delivered count on your traffic report only counts messages that reached you. Any submission that was rejected or could not be sent is written to a log on your own site, so the lead can still be followed up.
Some delivered messages arrived as one run-on paragraph in certain mail apps. The cause was in how the message was handed to the mail server, and the fix applies to every site at once. Along with it, the message layout was simplified to one plain Label: value line per field, with no padded columns or ruled lines, because those only looked right in a fixed-width font.
A bug introduced four days earlier could make the relay fail without answering, so the form on the site showed an error even though the visitor had done everything right. It was caught during an in-person test at a client's shop and fixed the same day, for every site at once.
Invitations, password resets and other notices a site sends to its own users can now go through VuLead instead of a separate mail account per site. A sender set up for that kind of mail skips the AI review, which is tuned for contact forms, while every other protection still runs.
Because every BizPinPro site sends through the same relay, VuLead can see a sender who hits several sites with the same pitch, even when they change their email address and their connection each time. It now matches on the phone number in the message as well as the address, blocks the sender across the whole portfolio, and sends them one warning that repeat activity is reviewed for reporting. The same day, every site was fixed to pass the visitor's real connection to the relay, so the per-connection limits work as intended.
The review step was treating a sender's name, business or email domain as spam signals and holding back a few real call-back requests that had a name and a phone number but no message. It now judges only the written message. Known bad senders are stopped before this step, and a short or empty message with a plausible name and phone is treated as what it usually is, a customer who wants a call.
The relay that became VuLead carried its first contact-form messages for BizPinPro sites. From the start, every site had its own key, every message was logged with its outcome, and the site's own form checks (a hidden trap field, a minimum fill time and a script check) ran before a message ever reached the relay.
Every one of these is already running on your form.
VuLead comes with every BizPinPro managed site. Log in to see the messages that were delivered to you, or ask BizPinPro about a site we don't host yet.
